About Faiza Haque, PMNHP
Faiza Haque graduated from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada and later attended the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley with a master’s degree in nursing followed by post graduation diploma in Psychiatry. She is a compassionate person who works hard to build trust among her patients. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Faiza uses a holistic approach to diagnose and treat patients with a variety of mental health issues, providing medications, making assessments, and planning patient centered interventions. She believes that our lifestyle, including dietary choices and exercise habits, has a significant impact on our well-being as a proponent of preventative care.
She is dedicated to making each patient’s visit to the practice as pleasant and convenient as possible. Faiza treats depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, PTSD and a range of other mental health concerns in patients ranging in age from 5 to 65. She works with a wide range of people and looks into themes such as cultural, ethnic, and gender differences. She offers evidence-based medication management as well as a variety of psychotherapy approaches that are tailored to her patients’ specific needs.
Faiza creates a welcoming environment in which people may open up about whatever is on their minds. She is willing to collaborate with her clients to assist them in effectively handling life’s stresses, gain a better understanding of themselves and be their best selves.

Faiza is a brilliant provider with a sincere passion for treating mental illness and getting her patients stable, functioning and living their best lives. It is obvious this isn't just a job for her - but a calling. She has been with me from the beginning of one of the worst bipolar episodes in my life where I was hopeless and suicidal to now being the healthiest and most productive I have ever been. I've seen doctors over the years on and off, knowing I needed some help, but no one seemed to get it right until I started seeing Dr. Faiza Haque a little over two years ago. Once I started seeing Dr. Faiza Haque, I started seeing results immediately, but I started seeing excellent results once she found the right medication for me. She listens to what problems you are having and makes necessary changes. I would say that she got me back to feeling like myself again, but I've been depressed my whole life that returning to the best version of myself still wasn't the BEST me. I finally know what it feels like not to be depressed every moment of every day. I wish I could have found her years ago so that I could have been living instead of just floating through life depressed.

Me and my son both seeing Ms Faiza Huqe , she is friendly, caring and lighthearted , yet with a very professional demeanor. I truly feel that she wants her patients to succeed in life and overcome what ails them .She takes the time to listen to myself and my son’s concerns which is very important to us, as there are many doctors that don’t really take the time to listen and try understand their patients’ concerns.what I also like about her is that she realize that your care and treatment is a collective choice and decision , as it impacts the patient on a day to day basis, so she seeks my input and then presents potential treatment choices to me to see what I feel would be the best next step. We really like Faiza Haque, as she is professional and knowledgeable in her field. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The only issue with TBH is their phone service, which is outsourced. If you have a question or issue, even during the day and not after hours, you can only call the main number, as the local numbers are automatically transferred to that line. The representatives that answer the phones do not have any idea of the office proceedings other than what they have on their computer screen. There is a big disconnect between the actual office and phone staff. Otherwise, my daughter and I are very happy with Faiza Haque and highly recommend her to others!

Great first visit overall! Dr.Haque was very nice and listened to what I had to say . She was able to continue with my prescriptions without turning it into a lengthy process. I transferred from another office due to insurance issues and overall was pleased with the first visit !

The provider I met with was Faiza Haque. She was so wonderful!! She listened to all my concerns and shared her insight and professional thoughts. She was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable; I didn't feel any judgment from her when I discussed the concerns about my life. Highly Recommend! Also, the representative who made my appointment was very diligent about fitting me in and adjusting to my schedule!! Overall experience was so nice!!

The televisit professionals have been caring, compassionate, wise and listening. Faiza has been the best for me with knowing medications for my best benefit and for morale support. She gives the best practical advice also and encourages and lets you know what to expect. She knows what to ask you and look for to help you. I appreciate her beyond words for the expert help she has given me. Victor B was also great 2 months while Faiza was away. I also appreciate him for his care for me. Do not hesitate to use this practice if you need help. I thought it would be so scary, but it was far better than imagined and so well worth it!
